What is GDPL?

Law No. 13.709 of 08/14/2018

The General Data Protection Law was created to establish rules for using personal data of individuals by public and private entities. It is a rule that ensures rights to data subjects and establishes rules to collect, storage, treat and share personal data of individuals.

Controller and Operator

Controller: Natural or legal person, governed by public or private law, responsible for decisions regarding personal data processing. Operator: Natural or legal person, governed by public or private law, who processes personal data on behalf of the controller.

Personal Data Subject

Natural person to whom the personal data being processed refers.

Person in Charge (DPO - Data Protection Officer)

Pursuant to the General Data Protection Law, Colorminas Ltda, as the Controller, appoints Ms. Thayse Fidelis Fernandes, who may receive communications through the communication channel established on this website, Talk to the DPO.

Channel to Request Rights or Ask Questions

The communication channel provided by Colorminas Ltda for data subjects to carry out forwarding rights requests, pursuant to articles 18 and 20 of Law 13.709/2018, will be through the Contact the Person in Charge (DPO) Form or the Rights Request Form.
